Notes of honeycomb, preserved apricot and citrus unfold with floral lift over a poised palate with gentle tension. A finishing dosage of honey and yeast brings gentle pétillance, refreshing the wine and lifting its quiet richness.

Serve chilled. Unfiltered — gently agitate to incorporate the lees for texture, or pour delicately for a clearer expression.
