RATES

We offer $25 flat rate shipping across Ontario, with free shipping on orders over $250.

AVAILABILITY

While we aim to serve all regions across Ontario, some remote postal codes are not currently serviceable due to carrier limitations and additional surcharges.

If you are located in a remote area and experience issues at checkout, please contact us directly. We are happy to explore alternative shipping arrangements where possible.

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

Due to the nature of our products, all shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order.

MISSED DELIVERIES

The carrier will attempt delivery once. If a delivery attempt is missed, the package may be held at a local facility for pickup.

Any additional fees incurred due to missed delivery attempts or re-delivery requests are the responsibility of the customer.
