After opening the bottle, pour the wine into a decanter or through a funnel into another bottle in one steady pour. Stop just before sediments leave the bottle. Discard.
Our 2023 Riesling carries the essence of resilience in every bottle. Planted in 2020 during a drought year, this is the first harvest from these young vines. The vines are nestled on a windswept hillside in Prince Edward County. The grapes in this Riesling were reserved for their exceptional maturity and balance, left to thrive in a unique microclimate of increased airflow and challenging weather, resulting in a wine of remarkable character.
This Riesling delights with its fresh, fruity, and floral notes, perfectly complemented by a delicate minerality, driven by our limestone rich terroir. The wine's light yet layered profile makes it an ideal companion for any occasion. Pair with seafood, light pastas, or enjoy on its own as a testament to the artistry of nature and winemaking.
